Once again for the 2025 edition, EMU is confirmed as Official Sponsor of the Internazionali BNL d’Italia, scheduled from April 29 to May 18 at the Foro Italico in Rome. This partnership, renewed year after year for over 40 years, highlights EMU’s ongoing commitment to supporting and enhancing sporting events and promoting an active outdoor lifestyle. As per tradition, EMU collections— including Angel, Cannolè, Ivy, Shine, Star, Riviera, and the Shade by EMU shading solutions — will enrich the VIP area and hospitality spaces.

EMU and the fashion brand Doriani Cashmere in an encounter between fashion and design. In the internal courtyard of Doriani Cashmere, EMU Secret Garden welcomes the visitor in an evocative atmosphere among the fine Doriani garments and the furnishings of the Re-Trouvé collection, designed by Patricia Urquiola.

EMU and UpTown Milano transform Cascina Merlata through a permanent installation of 100 red chairs, a symbol of respect for women and a mediation for urban sociality.

EMU Caffè Durini welcomes customers of the historic Bar Durini in the outdoor space furnished with the Re-trouvé collection, designed by Patricia Urquiola.

EMU is partner of the DDD Circuit (Design Durini District) and furnishes the SER-FID Terrace with the iconic Ivy collection, designed by Paola Navone.

EMU is Official Supplier of CEO CLUB in Tour 2025, an exclusive golf circuit reserved for high-level professionals. At the Salone del Mobile 2025, Pad 22 Stand B24, and the Flagship Store in Corso Monforte 50, EMU presents its new outdoor collections, the result of a design perfectly balanced between form and substance, offering functional and timeless design solutions.

In its living collections, Saint Martin by Marco Acerbis and Antigua by Federica Biasi, metal is the strong soul of EMU, intertwined with the softness of rope, creating enveloping solutions that evoke a deep connection between man and environment.

In the new street contract seatings, Alisea by Alessandro Stabile and Osaka by Favaretto&Partners, the design gives metal lines that recall natural elements.  The result are extremely comfortable, light and versatile seats.

Finally, the company also presents range extensions. For the Collier collection by LCM Marin Design Studio, elegant and comfortable sofas for the living area. For the Nef collection by Patrick Norguet and Yard by Stefan Diez, new weaving solutions.

The Café armchair wins the Innovation of the Year Award at the Barawards 2025, organized by Bargiornale, Dolcegiornale, Hotel Domani, and Ristoranti. The award celebrates solutions that stand out for their design, functionality and ability to meet the needs of the Horeca sector, which is increasingly focused on quality and innovation. The award ceremony is scheduled on February 10 at the Palazzo della Cultura in Milan, during the event “Innovation Day”. Besides the award ceremony, the program will be enriched with insights on topics of great relevance to the industry.

Café, designed by Christophe Pillet, is a collection with a contemporary, welcoming feel. “Simple, seductive, timeless , universal” (Christophe Pillet). Thanks to the solidity of the steel structure, combined with the specially designed new mesh, a welcoming line of chairs takes form and seems to invite passers-by to sit down and take a moment to relax. Its durability is a long-term commitment, a gesture of faith in its timeless beauty. The collection demonstrates impressive versatility thanks to chairs, armchairs and stools, in a broad colour palette that makes the collection ideal for both outdoor and indoor spaces, at home or in professional settings.

EMU was honored at the Industria Felix Award, the annual event celebrating Italian entrepreneurial excellence, selected through a rigorous analysis of the financial statements of over 635,000 corporations. The award recognizes companies that excel in management performance, financial reliability, and commitment to sustainability, adhering to the highest standards of competitiveness. The award ceremony, now in its 60th edition and fifth national edition titled “L’Italia che compete”, was held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Palazzo Mezzanotte, the headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange and ELITE, in Milan.

EMU received the award for its contribution in the “Home System” category, reaffirming the centrality of Made in Italy quality and a unique combination of tradition, innovation, and commitment to sustainability.

Industria Felix is organized in collaboration with Cerved, Luiss Guido Carli University, and other major institutions, with the support of partners such as Confindustria, Banca Mediolanum, ELITE, and the media partnership of Il Sole 24 Ore, which published the names of the awarded companies in its Albo d’Oro.

For the third year, EMU confirms its role as a supportive partner of the Pink Tie Ball, the renowned Charity Gala organized by Susan G. Komen Italia. On Thursday, December 5th, the stunning setting of the St. Regis Hotel in Rome hosted the 15th edition of this initiative, which since 2008 has been dedicated to raising awareness and funds to support women’s health and fight breast cancer. During the gala, attendees had the opportunity to generously support this noble cause by contributing to the Solidarity Shopping initiative, made possible thanks to the support of partners. This year, EMU donated Riviera lounge chairs and the Yard coffee table, specially selected in magnolia pink to align with the event’s theme.

On November 27th 2024, a presentation of EMU distinctive values was held to an audience of Korean architects, interior designers and influencers at the EMU store in Seoul in partnership with the dealer My Allèe. A thick layer of snow showed the weather resistance of EMU products, an evocative scenario in which guests could appreciate the presence and stories of Luigi Biscarini, commercial director and second generation of the Umbrian company.

On November 25th, EMU took part in an exclusive event in Singapore held by its partner, Marquis, and dedicated to industry professionals. This meeting provided an opportunity to enhance the brand’s strengths and highlight the timeless design and durability of EMU products. The event also featured the introduction of the new business line Shade by EMU, a project focused on shading solutions, supported by an entire production facility. The line includes sunshades and pergolas in various finishes, materials and sizes, intended for to both residential and contract use.
