From June 28 to July 14 – Spoleto Festival, the historic event that celebrates art in all its forms, will reopen the curtain. Now at its 62nd edition, the “Festival dei due Mondi” confirms the prestigious partnership with EMU. It’s a meeting that takes up the thread of dialogue between common values, discipline and different visions in a passionate research about the excellence in art as in the furniture. Terrazza Robbins and Terrazza Frau will be elegantly set up by EMU collections to welcome the guests of the event.

EMU is the official sponsor for the 76th edition of Internazionali BNL d’Italia, scheduled at the Foro Italico in Rome. The competitions, which involve the most acclaimed protagonists of the international tennis circuit, will begin on Monday the 6th of May and will end on Sunday the 19th of May. After having taken part in the most important international sporting events, promoting the outdoor lifestyle, the brand renews for 2019 its presence in this prestigious tournament. As usual, Ciak collection’s seats will be the line umpire’s official competition chairs. The hospitality area for the Authority stand, the corporate lounge and the pool areas, which are located in the monumental complex of the Foro Italico, will instead be enriched by the Tami and Riviera collections. Re-Trouvé and Shade collections will furnish LEA, the exclusive lounge area designed to welcome prestigious guests.

An extraordinary presence for EMU at DoT Design Outdoor Taste, the en-plain air event dedicated to outdoor living, held in San Marco square in Milan, in the very heart of Brera Design District. The brand holds a celebration for Rio chair’s 50th birthday with the sensory art installation Hourglass; within the hourglass, as an ideal handover, the famous chair, born in 1970 and still considered one of the brand’s greatest outcomes all over the world, and RioR50, its celebratory re-edition designed by Emanuel Gargano and Anton Cristell, on sale from 2020.
Visitors and guests will be welcomed by EMU’s 2019 collections and some previews of its new products, shown at the Salone del Mobile.

EMU takes part in the second edition of IN-OUT Your Outdoor Experience which will occurr in the City Life District, the new Fuorisalone area dedicated to the Outdoor sector.

This year, the en-plein air event focuses in the “working spaces” theme, to underline the growing importance of the outdoor as an extension of professional workspaces. EMU will present its 2019 collections which have been designed to be used across numerous settings and to satisfy the contemporary taste in office furnishing, where the focus is on the worker’s wellbeing and hot-desking and co-working have become increasingly important.

EMU always supports national and international sport events that promote an active and healthy life style; thus the brand proudly announces its partnership with the prestigious Porsche Green Cup golf circuit.
Love for nature, technical quality and deep passion for a challenging sport: these are the ingredients that characterize the 18 competitions that will be hosted in 8 Regions of Central and Northern Italy.

Emu is the special guest for the Fourth Edition of Myplant & Garden, the exhibition entirely devoted to experts in nursery, gardening and landscaping sector. The fair took place from the 19th to the 22th of February, at Fiera di Milano, Rho-Pero.

EMU presents in Paris its outdoor novelties for 2019. The brand’s new collections shown at Maison&Objet (from the 18th to the 22nd of January, Hall 6 Stand M48-O47) are characterized by a distinctive and cutting-edge trait and the ability to adjust to the needs of Residential and Contract sectors. As usual, design, innovation and high quality standards are the distinctive hallmarks which provide a strong personality to the collections.

From the 14th to the 20th of January, EMU attends the IMM exhibition in Cologne, the first international meeting for exhibitors and buyers of the design furniture market. Within the brand stand (Hall 3.2 stand E045), you will find the outdoor novelties for 2019, a skilful combination of design, innovation, manifacturing skills and high quality standards. The cooperation with worldwide renowned designers is a plus of the company.
