After years of experience in the world of classic fermented and blended drinks, an experimental venue bar entirely, devoted to unconventional fermentations, opened in Ostiense in 2020. A kind of laboratory where new drinks and both Pop and international cuisine are made, a bar where research and evolution are ongoing all the time.
