EMU was honored at the Industria Felix Award, the annual event celebrating Italian entrepreneurial excellence, selected through a rigorous analysis of the financial statements of over 635,000 corporations. The award recognizes companies that excel in management performance, financial reliability, and commitment to sustainability, adhering to the highest standards of competitiveness. The award ceremony, now in its 60th edition and fifth national edition titled “L’Italia che compete”, was held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Palazzo Mezzanotte, the headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange and ELITE, in Milan.

EMU received the award for its contribution in the «Home System» category, reaffirming the centrality of Made in Italy quality and a unique combination of tradition, innovation, and commitment to sustainability.

Industria Felix is organized in collaboration with Cerved, Luiss Guido Carli University, and other major institutions, with the support of partners such as Confindustria, Banca Mediolanum, ELITE, and the media partnership of Il Sole 24 Ore, which published the names of the awarded companies in its Albo d’Oro.

For the third year, EMU confirms its role as a supportive partner of the Pink Tie Ball, the renowned Charity Gala organized by Susan G. Komen Italia. On Thursday, December 5th, the stunning setting of the St. Regis Hotel in Rome hosted the 15th edition of this initiative, which since 2008 has been dedicated to raising awareness and funds to support women’s health and fight breast cancer. During the gala, attendees had the opportunity to generously support this noble cause by contributing to the Solidarity Shopping initiative, made possible thanks to the support of partners. This year, EMU donated Riviera lounge chairs and the Yard coffee table, specially selected in magnolia pink to align with the event’s theme.

On November 27th 2024, a presentation of EMU distinctive values was held to an audience of Korean architects, interior designers and influencers at the EMU store in Seoul in partnership with the dealer My Allèe. A thick layer of snow showed the weather resistance of EMU products, an evocative scenario in which guests could appreciate the presence and stories of Luigi Biscarini, commercial director and second generation of the Umbrian company.

On November 25th, EMU took part in an exclusive event in Singapore held by its partner, Marquis, and dedicated to industry professionals. This meeting provided an opportunity to enhance the brand’s strengths and highlight the timeless design and durability of EMU products. The event also featured the introduction of the new business line Shade by EMU, a project focused on shading solutions, supported by an entire production facility. The line includes sunshades and pergolas in various finishes, materials and sizes, intended for to both residential and contract use.

EMU is partner of the Tennis & Friends project, which has successfully combined health, sport, entertainment and solidarity for 14 years, to promote health prevention and awareness. The event will take place from October 11 to 13 2024, at the Foro Italico in Rome, with around 80,000 expected visitors. Attendees will have access to over 80 health stations offering free check-ups, along with the armed forces providing their military health services. Celebrities such as Fiorello, Maria De Filippi, Paolo Bonolis, and Max Giusti will serve as ambassadors and testimonials for the event. For this occasion, EMU will furnish the lounge areas with the Cannolè collection, the bar areas with Riviera chairs and Nova tables, and will provide Shine seats for umpires and linesmen.

EMU, always deeply connected to its land Umbria and sensitive to issues such as environmental protection and circular economy, confirms its partnership with GeckoFest, a cultural project for the regeneration of the territory, dealing with beauty, care, respect and a new relationship between man and planet. An international festival promoted by the Spin-A-Enhancing People association with the patronage of Umbria Region. For its sixth edition, from 6 to 15 September, the event will enliven not only Spina, but also other historic towns of Umbria, such as Perugia, Norcia, Bettona and Castel Ritaldi. The very current theme of this edition, “L’acqua che c’è. L’acqua che verrà”, addresses the problem of drought in a multidisciplinary way, in two weekends dedicated to the exchange of ideas, dissemination and also entertainment, through a series of live events ranging from the opening conference to workshops, musical and stage performances, book presentations, exhibitions, guided tastings, experiences dedicated to kids and nature trails to discover the territory and the role that water plays within it. Eighteen events are scheduled and forty guests are involved. The event will be opened by the National Conference “Rabdomànzia 3.0”, hosted in the historic Rocca Benedettina of Sant’Apollinare.

EMU is Technical Partner of Terrazza Swing, a project created by Umbria Jazz and Città del Cioccolato on the occasion of Umbria Jazz, the most important Jazz Festival in Italy and of global resonance, which will take place in the historic center of Perugia from 12th to 21st July. EMU furnishes Terrazza Swing for the event, at the Covered Market Terrace, an ideal location to enjoy good swing music, a breathtaking view and Street Food Court of the most well-known operators in the territory.

From 28 June to 14 July the Spoleto Festival dei Due Mondi, Italy’s oldest performing arts festival, returns. It is an event of international resonance that brings together Music, Opera, Dance, Theatre and Art. The 2024 edition emphasises the relationship between the city and the festival, an irreplaceable union capable of creating the perfect atmosphere to welcome artists from all over the world. This year, the Festival dei Due Mondi is not only a showcase for big names, but rather aims to create a dialogue between culture and territory, presenting itself as a “laboratory of ideas, synergies, collaborations and artistic projects” (in the words of Monique Veaute, artistic director). This important event, which will take place from 17 to 23 June 2024, will be hosted for the third consecutive year in Rome and will see the greatest stars of men’s and women’s padel take to the field.
